Experts for pipe system calculations
ROHR2
We perform calculations with the leading CAE system ROHR2 for static and dynamic structural analysis of complex piping systems and general frameworks.
- Simulation of mechanical stresses in the pipeline system
- Review of the connection forces on components
- Review of external forces (pressure surges, subsidence, etc.)
- Design of compensators and spring supports
- Observation of natural frequencies (vibration analysis)
Focus on calculation
For best possible static calculations we work with the best software solution available on the market: the leading CAE system ROHR2 for static and dynamic structural analysis of complex piping systems and general frameworks.

Stress analyses
The stress analyses for pipe systems can be carried out in accordance with a large number of guidelines such as ASME, DIN/EN, AGFW, FDBR or KTA. You will receive verifiable evidence from us according to your respective requirements.
FE analysis
We support you by means of finite element analysis to answer particularly challenging design questions regarding stiffness and stress concentration in fault zones of pipelines and vessels.
Pipe classes
We create complete pipe classes or test existing pipe classes (e.g. for validity of standards and materials) and accompany you up to the final acceptance. Because clearly defined pipe classes are a must for efficient planning and procurement of pipelines and fittings.
Flange evidence
We provide constructive component proofs. We provide you with flange proofs for individual outlets and complete containers, taking external loads into account. We provide proof in accordance with EN 1591-1 or ASME VIII.
